In response to the labour action that is currently impacting Canada Post, we have enabled ehhanced shipping options at checkout on the webstore. Various courier services are currently being offered (UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL). The options available will depend on your location.
For all Canadian customers we have enabled Paid Holds (shipment deferral). Select worldwide and US customers already have this option – contact us if you are already a customer and would like to have this enabled on your account.
We are working on refining the available options as the dispute continues – orders that are ready to ship which have already had postage paid will be shipped via a comparable service if one is available.
